GCK低压抽出式开关柜，是一种用标准模件由工厂组装的组合式低压成套开

关设备，分为动力中心柜(PC)、电动机控制中心柜(MCC)和功率因数自动补

偿柜。本开关柜符合IEC60439-1

《低压成套开关设备和控制设备》、GB7251.1《低压成套开关设备和控制设备》等

标准。

本装置的结构是组合装配式的，其柜架由薄钢板采用特殊工艺重压成形的直

柱，横档、特殊箱角、连接件、门和各种安装板全部用螺钉紧固连接而成。该种

结构免除了焊接变形和应力。框架外形尺寸和零部件外形尺寸及开孔尺寸是按模

数M=20mm变化的。零部件通用性高、适应性强，整个柜架挺直并具有足够的机

械强度。柜架分为母线室、电缆室、组件室三个部分。

GCL:柜架后半部为母线室和电缆室，柜后中部安装水平母线，柜底安装N

线和PE线均通过高强度绝缘夹固定在柜架上，出线端已用母线引出，所以用户

接电缆十分方便，柜架前半部均为组件室。

busbar compartment.cable compartment and assembly compartment.

GCL: The busbar compartment and cable compartment are in the rear part of the cubicle,in the

middle of which are mounted horizontal busbars and on the bottom are fixed Nline and PE

line through high-strength insulating clipsThe coulets have their busbars withdrawn for the

convenience of cableconnection.The assembly compartment is in the front of the cubicle
